Mame non parte più dopo installazione CRT Emu driver 2.0

Ciao a tutti, sono nuovo e sto cercando di far funzionare il mame con una TV CRT.
Ho seguito le varie guide, appena installo il CRT Emu driver 2.0 la TV visualizza il desktop ma dopo questo passaggio il mame non si apre più (vedo comparire una finestra dos che di chiude immediatamente)

Cosa devo controllare? [on_cry2.gif]

Quale versione di mame stai usando?
Dal ciglio della strada osservo sbraitando i lavori in corso nel mondo arcade...

ho provato anche groovymame ma niente.
Ho fatto un punto di ripristino e ora parte regolarmente

Eppure ero riuscito a farlo funzionare senza nessun problema prima ora non ne vuole sapere

ho reinstallato i driver CRT ma da sempre lo stesso problema, appena clicco su mame non si apre. Ho provato a mettere MAMEUI, si apre ma appena cerco di eseguire un gioco l'applicazione si chiude.

usa le open GL .
LA 2.0 su alcune scheda non vanno benissimo.
Ma aumenta DI MOLTO la velocità di esecuzione di alcuni emulatori. Ma non tutte le risoluzioni vanno.

Ho una ATI 5450, sistema operativo Windows 7 64bit e 4gb di ram, cpu I5 prima gen.

Ho editato il mame.ini nella sezione OSD VIDEO OPTIONS ----> video c'era scritto auto, adesso ho messo opengl ed il mame funziona!

purtroppo certe risoluzioni non vanno con la 2.0. Però ho avuto un incremento delle prestazioni su I3 incredibile !

Funziona ma non hai risolto il problema, su una ati 5xxx deve funzionare tutto, specialmente in d3d, con win7 e con i crtemu.

Bandito come faccio a risolvere o almeno a capire dove sta il problema? quali sono le varie modalit? opengl/d3d/ddraw... quali le più indicate e per cosa?

Avvia una rom impostando auto nel mame.ini e crea il log nel quale sarà scritto tutto, anche eventuali problemi riscontrati, che mame stai usando, dove lo hai preso?

Si blocca li.
Invece se metto "opengl" oppure "ddraw" va avanti tranquillamente
Sono sicuro che sto sbagliando qualcosa ma non so cosa...

Si puo fare il log senza caricare il gioco? Perchè il problema e che non apre neanche il menù del mame.
Se metto "opengl" pero' con il groovymame i giochi vanno a velocità aumentata, perchè?

Il menu non lo deve aprire, devi fare il log da commandline avviando una rom qualsiasi, fin dove arriva viene scritto nel log, fanne due, uno anche con opengl

Ho provato a cancellare tutto e rimettere il groovymame ma non c'è verso [wallbash.gif]
Inoltre se metto opengl va tutto sfasato, troppo veloce e la risoluzione nonostante sia quella giusta lo vedo schiacciato.
Se serve qualche screen fatemi sapere non so più cosa provare

Era un problema di driver!
Ho visto che ci sono due versioni che vanno bene per la mia scheda ATI 5400
Prima avevo scaricato i primi e non andava, ora ho provato i secondi e funziona! [w00t-anim.gif]

Adesso i giochi girano a velocità normale, pero' ho notato che alcuni, al momento solo SFII viene visualizzato distorto (schiacciato orizzontalmente), la risoluzione nativa 384x224 viene automaticamente switchata in 384x240p eppure quando VMMAKER genera le risoluzioni vedo che è presente la 384x224.
